Spotting a Newbie

20 Jul

I’ve been in the business of voice over for a while, & at this point – it’s pretty simple to spot a VO Actor that doesn’t have experience in the field . . . I put a list together of things to avoid as a pro & things to expect from a newbie to the business.

-Lack of Vocal Technique
Sloppy Articulation
-Recording Quality
-Cheap Rates
-Dislike of Criticism & No Flexibility

Quality should never take second place to cheap rates. Great post, Rose!
